i use a jump rope to get my heart rate going at least 3-4 times a week, working on perfecting double unders . i bought some extra ropes for some of my co-workers, so we could jump together on lunch break. only, the ropes were way too small. so guess who benefits from that mistake?!!!!
jumping for 30 minutes was no issue for them. true is pretty close to nailing double unders, but aside from that, he has a slew of other tricks he can do (and i just trip all over myself). luca is learning to use his wrists, instead of his arms, and the kid is a jumping machine.
